The fair is well known for it’s great food!  Ten local non-profit clubs and organizations work hard to prepare their delicious foods which is “always served with a smile.”

1A - The MARIACHI ACADEMY FOR THE PREFORMING ARTS FOUNDATION will be preparing a Mexican-style menu.
1B - The KAWANIS CLUB will be selling their famed Steak Sandwiches and Funnel Cakes.
2A - The POPLAR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE will again be serving their famous Onion Burgers, as well as Polish Dogs, Hot Dogs and a cup of Fried Onions.
2B - The LIGHTHOUSE CHAPEL will serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and will offer Biscuits and Gravy, Bacon and Eggs, Pancakes, Teriyaki Sticks, Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches and more.
3A - SAINT ANNE’S SCHOOL sells Spaghatti Dinners, Ribs, Chicken Nuggets and Onion Rings.
3B - The PLEASANT VIEW 4-H CLUB will be selling Tri-Tip or Linguisa Sandwiches and Dinners, Beans, Pasta Salad, Baked Potatoes, and Breakfast Burritos.
4A - The PORTERVILLE POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION will be serving Barbecued Chicken, Corn on the Cob, and Green Salads.
4B - The LIFE TABERNACLE UPC will be serving a Teriyaki Chicken Combo, Teriyaki Chicken Bowls, Poncet Bowls, Nacho Supreme, and Carne Asada Fries.
5A - The PORTERVILLE EMBLEM CLUB is offering Deep-Pit Barbecued Beef Sandwiches and Dinners, Chicken Strips, Corn Dogs, Beans, and Cole Slaw.
5B - The JOB’S DAUGHTERS will return with their Strawberry Shortcake and homemade Pastries along with fresh hand squeezed Orange Juice and Lemonade.
